You know The specifications of that laptop you going to buy?
My cheapest for me is 2300(Australian dollars) haha but I'm hardcore gamer for other games when im at home. Alien ware. But for iRosePH I use my study laptop, 2.3ghz with a decent nvidia GPU, 8gb ram. Runs pretty well.

For 2 years I am playing with
2.2Ghz single core CPU with 4GB RAM and integrated videocard Laptop.
This is fair for farming and not advisable for Pvping

dual core or core 2 duo 2.1ghz up 4gb ram integrated video card will do even in pvp just put performance to lowest. hdd 50 or 80gb.
I think that will do. also install 64-bit Operating System.
