con = success rate
sen = for quality of crafted material
Better boost up your con as much as possible just like cleric they boost up int

How about other stat like STR or DEX? How many CON and SEN should I put?

Str is for cannon damage or requirement of cannon
dex is for dodge and riffle damage.
If you want to be a full crafter buy con equipment.

400 base con and all of your gem is sapphire in your equipments

Artisan should have Max CON, 400+1010 for crafting percentage success especially gems.
Switch to SEN type item if you want to drill a slot in weapon/shield and for better Stats.
Con and Sen affects Attack Power, Hitting Rate, and Critical Rate of Dealers.
