Also the Fisherman Sandals (lvl 145 dealer) aren't showing it's right appearance. It shows the appearance of Bourgeois Boots (lvl 175 dealer)

This was indeed a tricky one to catch, in the latest patches I've already changed, removed and added new icons as you might have noticed.
Thank you for reporting, if I have the chance I will try to fix it in an upcoming patch.

Grey Koala Arms is a texture swap which already got reported and it will be fixed in a next patch.

Thanks GM Kyros. Also the icons of the ancient weapons doesn't have IM on it.

I have also noticed the Paladin Gloves don't match between the icon and the model, the icon has like silver/whiteish gloves while they are golden like the rest of the set in 3d
