We were in the final rounds against Vash and Paix the first round in the final round we won. They are twice to beat so theres another round.

After that before the 2nd round starts Vash and Paix are in the middle not in respawn point of the arena, so we decided to let the clock go to 0 and assume that were going to win because our opponents dissasppeared. When the clock goes to 0 we lost? Vash and Paix were looking for us they ask us where are we? why we aren't in the arena? and we ask the same question and they won.This sucks.

them point more then you that why them win
mean like early match them never lose and you lose once but still can continue to fight and you lack of point the time turn to 0 mean draw and Vash score is more then you that why them won.

Instead of posting that here you should make a ticket, there all kinds of loggs so the iroseph team can see what went wrong.

You're right, paix and VasH both logged out during the final round and so they became invisible when they logged back in. The tournament should also have picked your group as the winner because the enemy has logged out, but that was bugged.

Rewards will be taken from paix/VasH and given to WaterMarkV2 and MySuperSNIPER06

Edit:

After checking ingame with paix / VasH, they claim to have been disconnected after using Soulmate skills. My logs indicate no server disconnect happened, and nothing supports their story. However, it seems strange that they would log out and not even attempt to win the rematch. They also reconnected before the "Go" signal, so perhaps players who reconnect before that signal should not be excluded from the match. I'll let them each keep 25m of 100m prize, and take the [GA] items.

We pay here for your just/fair service (donation points) ma'm. I hope this won't happen again. I hope that you'll further investigate the soulmate skills being bugged.
No matter if your logs don't support our story or that you don't believe us, or that almost all players won't believe us, all I know is a bug happened. Just like sniperbourg and watermark were victims, we are too. More than them I think.

You don't 'pay' for me, you support the server and I do my task as a Dev. If I would handle this in private we would get complaints again about Exodus bias and special treatment, I can't do that. We know how sensitive pvp rewards are to the players so secretly changing the winner without an explanation would give a bad impression.

Yea thanks a lot we didn't disconnected were just right there standing, when the 2nd round starts were in the respawn point vash and paix were in the middle of the arena. Thanks a lot though.
