dunno exactly but i think around 200+ (it depends what weapons u are using with Dual katars has +2 and katars has +5 ASPD) and scout has 300+ with self buffs (Speed Shot)

Max is about 400, ill recommend to use atleast 300

DEX doesn't affect ASP.
ASP depends on your weapon's attack speed. Peridot gives ASP. Peridot 7 cannot be equiped in IM items. 5 ASP gives actually 4 ASP.

Peridot7 can't be equipped on mask/back/hat/body/shoes/gloves parts(not IM items actually)
DEX doesn't give ASP in iRose , but it does in EVO Rose

U can check the items with ASPD (access w/ peri) from the Item Mall
