is there a way to recover permanently banned account? my 2 account have been banned because one of my playmates posted it in a buy and sell group without me knowing. can someone help me with my problem

Every account has a warrant, and that warrant is your Pin Code. If you have given up your pin to anyone else and that voids the warrant. It is stated in the rules that selling/buying accounts are prohibited. Its the owner's liability when he/she shared its account pin code to anyone. I can only say is that there is no way. I suggest to add a ticket and talk to the GM's if you really would insist.

They had announcement that they will not accept evidence from social network anymore so you can now appeal to unban your account.

Scroll up to the top or until you're seeing the forum's navigation bar. On the right most side, there should be the button called "TICKETS SYSTEM." Hit that and it should direct you to the Ticket System.

Well in that case it's hard to get back your ban account but still try to make a ticket and talk to GM's politely

Mother name, we don't use the secret answer .

And yes, account/s that got banned for selling account/s on public media may get unbanned, but we will review it first.
We will not simply unban every one due this reason.

ROGAsus, Yeah, My three accounts are permanently banned since 3 months ago...I still cant get unbanned... I think If i want to post this, i know those who would remove this post...No more questions for me... Thank you!

Have u filed a ticket already? and they will tell u what's the reason why your accounts got banned, but I hope that u can get them back again

Perhaps your posts were remove due the fact you keap writing topics in every topic about your account.
Like your post in the topic Patch 2.14.0 - Craft & Union | In-game Tittles on 30 November 2014 - 08:03 PM "I'm not happy the reason, my full donator ARTISAN IS BANNED!"

The reason why Hex is banned is due the fact he abused the Episode quest bug, then tintin removed his items and disabled the NPC so the quest could no longer be done.
After a server crash the NPC respawned and then he abused again the Episode quest while he knew the items he received earlier where bugged and he again abused it.
