The reason why Hex is banned is due the fact he abused the Episode quest bug, then tintin removed his items and disabled the NPC so the quest could no longer be done.
After a server crash the NPC respawned and then he abused again the Episode quest while he knew the items he received earlier where bugged and he again abused it.

so that's the reason why he got banned well not only him there's a lot of them who abused the episode quest.

haha I finishedand it and I unlocked the episode quest achievement before they removed the Episode quest

It's not removed but the reward has been fixed.
The reason why it gives low rewards is because it's a low level quest.

GM Kryos and Rogasus, Thats true i did what I made mistaken...it was because i was too excited again about reward was awesome!! But too bad, I got banned for the first time... I might learned a big lesson from what happened...

I don't know why they didn't accept my deepest apology after I made a ticket two times....I already begged Tintin please remove all latest IM items, coupons, blue diamond 7, u7, blue, green, white hearts, elixirs, himes, 600 credits, 300m zulies before I can get unban accounts again... I don't know why Tintin still doesnt reply my private message...

Maybe Tintin really ignored what i said.. I was depressed a lot because I still donated more from 2010 until now but they don't give me a chance and to get unban accounts...

That's reason I am still unhappy.

I do believe on u mate but it depends to GM's if they will unbanned u or not but I'm still hoping in behalf of u to unbanned your accounts in the near future

tintin didn't unban it because he already removed before the items and told him to report it.
After that you did it again for the second time.

More are banned for this bug.
