Offline Vending
Limited offline vendings in the following categories.
0/1 Vendor per account.
If this limit will reach the max (1) you will be unable to use more offline vendings on this account.
0/3 Vendors per computer.
If this limit will reach the max (3) you will be unable to use more offline vendings on this computer.
0/200 Vendors per map.
If this limit will reach the max (200) you will be unable to use more offline vendings in this map, you can still make an offline vending in another map which hasn't reached the max offline vendors.

A red dot will be shown if one of these limits has reached the max and you are unable to offline vend.
A green dot will be shown if you are able to offline vend.

its on the last part of the quotation and thats the part that makes it non-sense...

Our drop rate is x5 and our exp rate is 20x compared to the "original" irose that existed a long time ago. When we have a double exp or double drop event, those rates become 40x exp and 10x drop. Plant growth and plant harvesting is also doubled right now for all players, and if you are using a Gathering Double Speed booster, your total farming speed will be 4x.

And most specially, What about shaman skill bugs ?? was it fixed already ??

There might be still some hats left that have a wrong setting.
The hair hex is mentioning is bugged and tintin tried to fix it but currently there is no fix.
