Is there any costume back item? And where i can get costumes?

If you are only concerned about back items meant to be used as costumes, there are lots of them. Some of them can be crafted given the right mats, some can be acquired from the 4 faction shops, some can be collected from events, and lastly, you can directly buy them from vendors.

Ahm, I'm not sure if you're already aware of this but there's an ongoing Christmas event in the server. If you're willing to make the effort, then you can acquire lots of Christmas-themed costume sets. The easiest one would be typing /coupon LATEXMAS on the chatbox.

If its a back item, it will be named by costume wing, costume bag etc? I dont want to buy something that it not a costume:) And i think about items that will cover my main items.

Well, almost everything in the game can be used as costume. You can even use the IM items as costumes if you want but their stats will not be reflected on your character's stats unless there's a note that says "Set bonus can apply as costume set." And no, they will not be labeled as "costume wing", "costume bag"....blah blah...you get the idea.
