These FAQ are answers from all over the forums so it's made by every one who is supporting the forums with there informative answers
I hope this will help you all to resolve your problems quicker.


â–º Windows Vista, Windows 7 (administrator acces).

It is better if you use Windows Vista , Windows 7 to open your client with administrator acces
to avoid client problems.

• If you use windows vista or windows 7 always open your client with administrator acces.
• If you click on the iroseph shortcut on your desktop use right mouse click.
• Then you will see properties and click on compatibility and you will see competence level.
• Click on the box under competence level and then press Ok.
• Next time you open iroseph it will always open with Administrator Access.


â–º The game doesn't start after I click "Play" on the launcher. â–º The game won't start and gives an error: "The application failed to initialize properly 0xc0150002"

â–º My iRosePh client gives an error.

(Drive X:/ assumes where your game client is installed)

• Go to your iroseph map and delete the file TRose.exe.
• After you deleted that map patch it with ROSEOnline button.
• After pachted open X:/iRosePH Online/RoUpdate

If it works you can start to play, if it still doesn't work try this.

• Un-install your client and re-install it.
• After it is patched you should open X:/iRosePH Online/RoUpdate


â–º Why do I always get banned (10 minutes) if I want to login.

• iRosePh got a system that avoid Hotkeys put them off before you start to play.


â–º Why did I got banned for 60 minutes.

• If you will enter 3 times in a row a wrong pincode your account will be banned for 60 minutes for security.
• After 11 times you got banned for 60 minutes your account will get a suspension from 10 days.
• Contact the [ticket system] to solve your pincode problem.


â–º Why did you not receive the account verification email.

• Sometimes your email has posted the email verification in the trash folder.
• If you checked your trash folder and still did not get your verification you should send a ticket on [ticket system]


â–º You can't login and server message shows "This account is already logged in"

• Some times this means one of the servers is down, you can check [www.irosephonline.com] to check if all 3 servers are online.


â–º Server Maintenance.

• Server maintenance are mostly being announced in-game and on forums by staff members, mostly to update something or to fix some bugs.


â–º Server Disconnected.

Some times it might happen you got Server Disconnected this can have several reasons.

• Check your connection, wireless connection might go on / off sometimes.
• If you get a lot of random Server Disconnected and it is not your connection, un-install and then re-install the game client.
