Hello, I'm iRockYourWorld, iClerics, iRock, iRockYourGalaxy, etc... I haven't played in the past 3-4 years, and now I'm back, the problem is that I cant trade items from my knight "iRock"... When I try to trade, drop, sell any item it says: "Your have no rights to do this Item action!" and it gives me 2 options:
1) Ok.
2) Help.
Well, when I press "Help" the games crashes... Can any of you guys help me?

Do you have full access to your account?

It says I don't, but I'm the owner haha, I have the mail, the mothers name, etc... What can I do for recover it?

Have you tried accessing your "Manage Account Security" window through your pincode? Please refer to this LINK.

Another tip: PIN system is created to let people use your account with limited acces. For example: you'd like to share your cleric, now you can share your cleric without worrying it could be hacked.
