Any low-level(I mean below 200) area where I can farm these gems?
And where can I level up fast from 198 to 200?

Prison is the answer to lvling, for those gems check the search function on the website

If you didn't get the answer so you can farm the Krawfora, Krawfora Warrior, Krawfora Capitan, Demon Fish, Demon Fish Ranger and Demon Fish Capitan
They are level 200-210 and they are in Ocianic Pathway at Junon planet
