How many times can I use the basic drill(60%)? Can I use it to one item only? And what will happen to the item in case the drilling fail? Thanks!

u can use it on an unslotted item (btw the appraisal will disappear when u successfully drilled a slot)

nothing happen on ur item when u fail to drill , but the drill gone(250~350m gone)

How come I used 2x drill for one item ? i've used 60% and 40%.. that makes 100% ? i dont know if that's how it works

There are 3 kinds of basic drills and the percentage only describes the succes chance.
Having a drill of 40% and 60% doesn't make the succes chance 100%.

No you cannot use the drill again if it fails or succeeded to put a socket on an item.
