Seems Emerald is not quite important nowadays. I can't give you a place for that XD

For the meantime, get yourself acquainted with this link. Problem is, the drop rate percentage isn't mentioned so finding the mobs that have higher chances of dropping the mentioned gems would be quite tricky.

To craft a grade 1 citrine gem, you need 10 green crystals and 20 refine mats I think. For a grade 1 gem, just use low essence to save cost.

Pink Opal {1} and {3} can be hunted in the Forest of Wandering (use the link given by UntoldThoughts). Kill Gargoyle Shamans and watch out for their "orb" drops. You can disassemble those and get Pink Opal {3}. Please note that Gargoyle Shamans are for level 170s to late 180s. As for Emerald, maybe I can give you some. And as far as I can remember, diamonds are being dropped by the Slave mobs in GEB desert (levels 215-late 220s) located in planet Orlo.

Gargoyle shamans also drop diamond [1][2]

If you want to farm gem3 try mini boss at sikuku ruins,

If you want diamond 3 look for the monster that drops angelic orb you can get the half of its original mats which is 20. Last time I got 8 pieces diamond 3.
