Hi, Admin/GM's.. can you help me to retrieve my characters/account? i've played iroseph wayback 2012/2013 i think...
but i cant access my account now....

why my items are gone sir? i havent log in for so long?
my range play time is 2011-2012....
please as i remember i got many items, wings, CG there... and i look now i dont have it anymore..

Perhaps some one else hade acces and he stole the items, happens frankly alot...

We have a 30 days policy in where we can refund the item however if it has been pas this date we can no longer help you with this issue.
Make a ticket in the Ticket System and we might be able to assist you with your problem.

If you are the real owner.
Better file a ticket and give punishment to the one who transfer/hacked your items.
