sometimes my harvester dont pick my harvested mats.

I have two theories for this problem:

1. I think it's just a screen glitch. I have the same problem while I was leveling in prison today. The loots remained on the prison floor even if I have already summoned three harvesters. But the problem got fixed when I teleported to another area and returned to my party's leveling spot. My sister was still complaining that our spot is already full of loots. But on my screen, the spot is already clean.

2. You are in a party and there are two players who summoned their harvesters. Tried this 2 days ago, my sister and I summoned our harvesters at the same time. ~Errr, both harvesters got confused. The loots kept going back and forth. LOL. In the end, I got rid of my harvester and let my sister's do all the work. Things got okay after that.

Try to do the above things first and see if they work for you. If not then, I hope the Dev team will look into this ASAP.

I think he's not using harvester in looting loots while leveling , he's pertaining to the bug of harvester in looting (looting mats) or so?

Harvester doesn't loot at some maps mostly at planet Junon.

Try your harvester in luna clanfield.. sometimes it works, sometimes not.. but the collector works just fine in that place.. hopefully they can have a fix on it..

visual bug. it only happens when you got delay or lag. then your collector pick up the loot fast

I think harvester has a bug too and not picking some of the mats gathered by a farmers.
This morning I'm hunting in RA using my collector then a farmer start farming trees and stone's beside me with her harvester fallowing him and when his done he lift after
A few minutes I check my inventory and I got some of the mats he gather

I've tried to find the problem for this many times but the harvester and collector works perfectly during our tests. Without any extra info I can't reproduce this problem.

Mostly when you are killing multiple mobs at the same time, like in sikuku ruins theres a visual bug.

Its just fine if its only a visual bug.. it doesnt matter.. but if the loots is not on the inventory its a different story.. even if theres a visual bug but the loots still goes on the inventory its just fine with me!

Again It happen I got the mats gathered by other player but I think I figured out what the problem. If the farmer with a harvester pick 3 stones fast using booster then leave the harvester won't get the mats because the harvester pick so slow and the farmer pick so fast.
