I bought this set from the IM: Traditional Chinesse Outfit (9)
All are slotted and with stats: HR 40 and Dex 30 Max HP 400

1.) Will the stats HR and Dex be added to my character stat if I put the set in the Costume section?
2.) If i put gems grade 7, will the stats of the gem be added to my stat?
3.) How about the Max HP 400?

I put the set in the costume section, but I don't see any difference with my stat.
So does it mean that the set is really just for costume, and the stats will only work if I put it in the avatar section?

Stats only work in the Avatar tab, Costume is just for a costume, no bonus.

There are some items that have a "set bonus" when you equip multiple parts, and some of those have the text "Set bonus can apply as a costume". Those are the only stat bonus that will work in costume. The blue stats will not apply, only those set bonusses (the extra HP)
