i can't wear my prisoner orange vest and they don;t have stats in my gems.. whats going on?

~ Do you still have this problem? any dialogue message appeared telling what was the problem? or you just cant equip the item?

what will happen to that item if there is no life span??? then u cant equip it and u cannot use of it??
