HELP : GAIN ITEM INSTEAD OF EXP?

ok last time i think 3-4 months ago.. i saw item in junon NPC Food-tavern near in front of lisa the designer owner shop, selling an item-buff that if you use while hunting monsters you will gain item instead of exp in 1 hour if im right, when i check it again its gone? is it still available? or am i dreaming

You dont need to buy such item, if you want to farm but not gain EXP you can type: /noexp
..... wow let me try first
