the love call skill can only be used one time u have to log out and back in again to use it is it broken or is that the way it is set because I remember when it could be used all the time after 15 min

When you log out, and your skill still has a cooldown, it won't cooldown, only if at least 1 of the soulmates is online. Same with stealth, Provoke, Hook and other skills with a long cooldown time, they can only cooldown when you're online.

that does not answer my question I already know that what I am saying is when u log in game you can use love call but only once if u click on it after cooldown it wont work
