Delete the file TRose.exe, then run the launcher again
After updating again the version in the bottom right of the login screen should be 2.11.3.173
Try reinstalling into C:\iRosePH\ , not in C:\Program Files\iRosePH

well I've done this all you said everything right there, most still do not want to update the patch ta giving the same error, already downloaded the installer twice ... like 20 times already reinstalled deleted this folder trose.exe several times also more so far not solved ... and ta running with administrator installer and launcher, more not handle more ... I do not know what to do: (

Are you using an Administrator windows account?
What windows version are you using?
Did you install in Program Files or not?
If you look at http://www.irosephonline.com/download/, do you see two green checks for Patch Server 1 and 2?

and I'm running the installer in administrator yes.
I was installing files and programs and was not working, I'm now installing disk ce is giving the same problem.
it in this site and the two green patches yes.
more still showing what the hermyone posted.
