What are the stat builds?

What P2P are recommended to use?

What gem should i use??

It is, if you make it a stunner which can switch to full ap after the stun.

rather than use full aqua9 with dr and dex so you will avoid ap but still kill them

You'll need more INT, you're a stunner. I think you need at least 750 int to be a decent stunner raider.
Dont forget to get some Dodge rate! Raiders have a low % stunning chance so you make sure you can survive when your first 3-4 stuns fail

This seems abit out-dated to me, since you're kinda forced to use a 'dual wield' in order to dish out some proper damage. This stat setup is more for a katar kinda playstyle.
I suggest you put 300 str, 300 dex and mix up the rest between int / sen / con. INT > sen > con, because INT is more important then CON in my opinion.

For items, im not really sure. Maybe someone else has some ideas here? And I dont know for gems either, a mixture between aqua's and citrine's for INT and dodge rate?
