I can't buy Pirate hook shield from Carasia even if I have enough faction points! :'(

I've recently bought an item in the Arumic Faction Shop and there was no dialog or so whatever telling me that I can't buy the item.

I can drag the item but when I dropped it in the dialog box, it won't appear..
try dragging one of the pirate hooks.
nope. my inventory is very spacious.
