Hi,

1. "My account has been blocked. Please contact GM."
Here i am. Please unblock.

2. Before i got blocked, i re-installed the game and i tried login in. It says: "I have no access for this location."
What is that supposed to mean?
I always login and play IrosePH happily. Now i'm experienced such thing.

You have probably entered your PIN incorrectly for three consecutive tries. The account is automatically blocked for one hour as an account security. After an hour has passed, you may again enter your PIN. So for now, try to remember it. Otherwise, you may always have it reset at http://www.irosephonline.com. You have to access the email used for account registration in order to get a new PIN. Good luck!

Wait for an hour and retry it, if you forgot go reset the pin in the official website.

no access in location means? youvdont have access because when you log your account in game you will set a pin for you to remember that your only the one who can access in your account because of that pin , now if you play in shop or cafe it will automatically no access . -always remember your pin when playing in shops or cafe. thanks
