ive been waiting for any progress regarding for my account its been a month when i filed a ticket. until now no reply?

Please be patient. Remember kyros has a social life also so he can't be online 24/7. My tickets took a while too, but all you can do is wait.

GM Kyros usually process tickets during the weekends. Just be patient since a lot of tickets are still in queue.
