i was wondering why did santa only gave me the parts of the set? I did all the 5 deliveries that he requested is this bug? As you can see on my chat box thats he only gave me 2 parts -.-
EDIT: my bourge has 733 Charm when i claim the set

Maybe you didn't find all the Reindeer in Quest #2 . As said on the Patch Notes "Your result in part 2 and 4 of the quest will determine how many items you get in the end, so complete it 100% to get everything!".

I'm sorry, i'm off topic, but how u can to speak to " hope " and " max " into the part IV ? ive just 25minute left to do this *-* please !

Hope is at sikuku ruins near the bridge
Max is the dog who sits beside the NPC storage in eldeon

If you read the NPC Dialog you will see Santa says

"You found ../9 Reindeers and delivered ../25 Gifts, I can give you .. item parts for that"

It also says so in the Quest description ingame for the Reindeer Find quest. "You need at least 3 reindeers to complete this, but all 9 to get the maximum reward"
