depends on your point of view ahahahha

base on our experience. long ago before this bug happened. some of our clan member who was not inside the crystal room, but inside the castle did not got rewarded. so we assume that we should be inside the crystal room before the end of the cw happens. thats what we're been doing ever since. and before we save our last ecall to call back all the members inside the crystal room to get rewarded because we know that we wont get the reward just by staying inside the castle

It appears the Oro Castle was rewarded to EXODUS (22420) before the winner was processed.
The Oro Crystal Room was rewarded to YouGotOwnedBy (3847) correctly.

If some one made a ticket which was about not receiving a reward tintin overlooked it since I do not have acces to suchs.
And if I where you I should lower it a bit, you're going out of line.

we did not made a ticket cause we concluded that the player should be inside the crystal room to get the reward. since all my clanmates who are inside the crystal room get rewarded and the others who are just in the castle did not.
don't be too sensitive, this is just a form of debate and we're just having a clash of ideas. i don't mean to hurt you. (if i did) ahahaha

Debating is fine, however you should be doing it the correct way which doesn't include shouting or calling people names.

We are busy working on the Christmas patch so it's possible that the rewards will not be fixed for this week. I apologise for that, but we have priorities. It would be fair if exo members don't use the GA items.
