I've redownloaded iRosePH recently because my pc had to be cleaned. The problem is now when I come online, i get like 1000 pop-ups with CClanmarktransfer::SaveZipFileFromServer-CreateFileError. When i click them away they keep coming all the time.

You could also try to disable UAC.
