hey,i was just trying to change my password for my iroseph account,so i log on the site and put change password
it askes for my old password and i put it in and there is still a little red lock next to it same for mothers name ,the only thing which has a green lock is my email but i know my password is right since i log on everyday with it and well i know my mothers name xD so i put it the new password and click confirm and it says the information is incorrect when i know it is all correct.Please help me..

The red lock means the password isn't very safe

It should only be at the new password fields, fixing..

If you don't have all correct account information you should make a support ticket.

ah ok so for the mean time i can't change my pass since it says unvalid info when is it all right?
