If you have a soulmate and several soulmate skills, you can see most of them lost their picture. Only love call and love seeker didn't yet. We have experienced this a lot before and it seems like the staff never finds a solution for this. Maybe they don't know what causes it idk. Anyways they solved it many times before but this is very annoying when it always happens. In the end love call and love seeker will lose their picture too and they can't be used anymore. The skills still work; (example u will still have 10% hp 5% mp etc even when the picture is gone).

We are aware of it and tintin fixed many parts of the code which could cause and it seems that everytime the server will be restarted it some how works perfectly again untill a few days/weeks later.
