I want to report a bug.
I don't know how to fix this.
whenever I kick this character name "Arturuspendragon"
and logged back in, that character name is still showing in our clan list and it adds up to our clan member count.

I already tried to kick "Arturuspendragon" (many times)
and tried to fill the clan members to 50,
but I can only add up to 49/50 members.
cause it seems like the "ArturusPendragon"
is still counted as clan member even if its already kicked out from the clan.

How this happened?
As you can see, it shows that it's lvl 0 , visitor.
The owner of this character, already requested that his character to be kicked out from the clan.
But even if we kick it, everytime I logged back in, it still appears in our clan list.

How can we fix this?

seems like halloween is not yet over for us. A ghost IGN keeps coming back in our clan.. pls. help. TY admin /GMs

i also noticed before that bug in kicking clan members, the deleted char/avatar cant be kick in clan.

@kolbukz1984 so,you're saying is that,one possible reason why I can't kick this clan member is because he already deleted his character? hmm.. cause what happened is, I think, he deleted this IGN/character "arturuspendragon" then, he asks me to invite again this same IGN. But I said to him that there are already 2 characters w/c have same name. He said, delete the fake one, and add mine again. So that's how it started.. Do you know how to fix this one?

yup thats one possible reason i think deleted char can cause bug, you should make a ticket try to ask our staff or gm' s to make it sure if it is bug they will fixed it.

I've checked it yesterday and indeed a small bug appeared with that character if you're trying to delete them.
I will report it to tintin and hopefully he can be fixed soon.

As tintin said it should be fixed after a server reboot.
We mostly reboot after a patch so for now we can't fix it.

i had this same problem but after trying to kick the member 5 times in finally worked

i tried to kick the character many times, but still didn't work. and also, the character is not visitor too. I saw him he's lvl 255 we'll just wait then for a server reboot. maybe before xmas event, there'll be a patch.
