so disappointed it was so slow...still no reply :angry:

please can you kindly check my ticket, i really want to play my account again :(
im playing my other account with 1 char full donate set. but the account on the ticket have 4 chars full set of donates that i can use.

hope i can hear from the team as soon as possible. thank you! :angry:

Just be patient, GM Kyros isn't online for 24/7. He has a personal life also, just like us. Please give him some time. Some people also wait for his response but it can take some time. Depends on the ticket's department.
