Hey what happen to the ferrell faction quest Belz from Brezzy Hills? I've been doing that quest for a long time and eversince it gives you 5pts each but after the Halloween patch it only gives 2pts what happened!!!???

Nothing was changed to the faction quests in this patch. It's possible you get a lower reward if you leveled up.
