I think they are still patching. Because on Facebook they said it would take around 2 hours. Wich was an hour ago

Server went open after 2 hours But a file was missing so you had the popup for maybe 15 minutes later.

Can you go to your rose folder and look for files named
patch_158.rar
patch_159.rar
patch_158.zip
patch_159.zip
Delete these and start the launcher again
