how to trade it to other characters? im still confused, pls help me thanks

First, you have to find another player who is willing to farm faction points in exchange for Donation point coupons. Since, faction points are neither transferable nor tradable, you have to inform that player the item you want to have from the faction shop.

Then, buy donation point (DP) coupons from the Item Mall. (items - consume page).

Lastly, trade like you normally do: select the character you're trading, then click on the trade icon, drag your DP coupons in exchange for the faction item that you wanted.
