Good Day...i cant acces my account i forgot my email add and i accidentally reset the pincode in my game account... i am a donator also... and i want to play again... can someone help me... please.

i already did.. but still no rply... i just want to recover my pin... or just change my old email to a new one... when will i receive replies in my ticket?

Either you can't read or you don't want to read it.
You can still reset your pincode if your email is inactive.

Again not lisening,

If your email was active you use our website to do it automatically.
If your email is inactive you use the ticket system and we will ask you the following.

User name
Mother name
Email

That's all that has to be given.
We will send a new pincode in your ticket.

As you should be able to see, I do not ask if your email is active but I'm only asking for the email name that's connected to your account.
I will ignore your new email since it's a matter of safety.
