No, astarot ph wing is expensive is because it cost 1200 points in the arumic union
You can get it by getting points in the arumic union, you need 1200points for that.
Mainly it cost 500dp+ or 1-2bil+
You can't craft or farm it as well.

I think it is available in all factions. But arumic's the easiest to farm points.
