ask lang. this happened to my friends accnt. when he logged in he said he accidentally clicked cancel and back and then when he logged in again this pops up. he tried it in the website its still the same. thanks for the help.

Account/s don't get deleted, seems like your friend entered either the wrong user name or he didn't create an account yet.

Check the username. It is probably misspelled, lacking some letters/numbers.
I get that lots of times. XD
