I think you can, you need a good explanation why your changing it.
File a ticket and ask for a change you need the full details about the account.

i think they have to put a change email to easy fix the problems.

Easy hack.
The only way is havs a good explanation why and knowing all the account details.
And needs to send a email to the staff with the corresponding email..

that the hacker's know's the security answer?
did the hacker's know the email's?
the only solution i can advice GM's can put in the sit like New Email like that to save's the account's ofc's you have to log in first to change the email's of our account that's very helpful to player's who's already lost there email ryt?

The only way your can change/modify your account info is through filing a ticket. You also have to provided the necessary infos of your account to prove you're the owner and your reason.

i already do that but kyros said they did not changing the email, now the problem is my email is been inactive so that's why i can't play my char's because of the "You are no access from this location" always show.

Try to search the forum for threads regarding your problem since the "NO ACCESS FROM THIS LOCATION" has always been asked by the returning players.

i already do that but i can put a pin because 1st need to do is to know the email and my prob is my email is been inactive so that's why i can't play my account or char. so that i made already post a ticket and suggesting a change email anytime.

E-mail won't be changed if you do not have acces to your old e-mail account.
