Clan Mark error

I have a few characters which are members of Battlefield clan. Whenever I open it the system spams
"CClanMarkTransfer::SaveZip FileFromServer -CreateFileError"
It only spams on this one particular pc but when I play Irose in my other pc it doesn't spam.
What seems to be the problem?

The game has no writing access to your drive so it can't save the clanmarks. You need to run it as Administrator.
You can try turning off UAC or moving your iRosePH folder to C:\ or some other unprotected map.

What I did was un-installed the game and i'm re-installing at the moment thinking it might just be an installation problem. Hopefully it works but if it doesn't i'll try and look into what you said.
