Mostly in Luna but not so sure which mobs. With regards to items to disassemble: hats, armors, gloves and shoes for muse job from lvl 88-145.

Actually, this Netil, Etil, Petil, Metil, etc. can get it from harvesting plants by planting seeds but be sure the plants will decay first.
