Ok, so I know this issue could be already old and fixed but I'm kind of new here and I need help at this issue, see the picture I attached for it could help because in some topics, they say it's about third party programs, look at the bottom right of the picture. So please help me, thank you.

I'm sorry, I meant bottom right there.

Try un install if or close it/exit the hotkey.

here is another screen shot after I restarted my pc, again, look at the bottom right and see if there is any hotkey there, thank you.

If it's the orange HE exit that by Right click and exit. And try tk find the source and delete it.
