i tried to register today and when i fill all the registration forum it said this :

This problem has appeared earlier, check all tour info and the code and accept the agreements

Don't put spaces in your mother name.
Also check if the gaptcha code is right like sephyroth said.

this happened to me too, I was using google chrome then after some time, I tried it with Mozilla fire fox and boom, it worked.
