I have the same problem.
after i put my pin there is no new window appear.
Then I disconnect and I re log-in Blocked temporary (1Hour) again.

Yeah all account problems will be resolve through ticket system but its been 6days since my frnd file ticket but still no reply from any GM staff...

Try to close any application like MACRO or HOTKEY and try to login again
