Good Day people.
I had this problem and it's making me so annoyed... What to do?
There is a Message:
The procedure entry point_except-handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.
It always appear when I open my launcher. Then patching.. After that when it's done. it won't work.
Another message appear: Trose.exe could not be found.
WHAT TO DO?

Just download trose again and download the .dll file manually.

u tried to run irose as administrator , my friend had this problem with vista

Never used vista i upgraded window XP to window 7 so have no experience so try what sep said run it in administration.
