and what stat is best when Refining and Crafting an item/gem?

Concentration affects your Attack Accuracy, the success chance of item crafting, and the HP and MP Recovery Rates.
Sense affects the options added the crafted items, as well as damage of long ranged skill attacks and critical attacks.
Charm affects your interaction with NPCs, as well as your progress in quests.
Max Con and left Sen

Con also affects attack power with guns i believe.
