I think the migration and maintenance of the pldt is the answer.. coz almost all the complainant used PLDT as their ISPs. Hopefully they can fix things in no time!! my smartbro camopy works just fine!! but my pldt dsl at the office with 2 mbps bandwith sucks and always get the game dcd!!

even in hour house i cant lvl and also in our shop but same pldt dsl. but different connection. hayss GM tintin pls do something we check our speedtest but its ok . this is the only online games that always dc here in our shop

The problem isn't with the connection speed, it's the stability. If the connection drops for 1 second you are disconnected from the game, but a speedtest won't notice that.
I don't think the problem is on the server, but I'll check it out.

If you are having a lot of DC problems, please give me your character name and the time you were disconnecting.

We are using two ISPs in our office PLDT MyDSL and SmartBro Canopy... I tried to login using PLDT after few minutes it's DC... I tried SmartBro it's OK... i guess PLDC is really causing our DCness problems in our internet shop... What if PLDC won't solve this how can we play?

try to ask the owner if he is using business plan or just residential.

Ask him also to directly connect the pc to the modem.

While playing, try to open command promt and ping irosephonline.com -t
then check it if there was a request time error after you got disconnect.

I'm the owner of the internet shop we are using PLDT Business Plan with 5.5mbps netspeed. We can't play iROSE but other online games are all OK.

actually i dont know.. i just message dev tintin my characters.. then when i tried connecting its already fine.. i dont know if dev tintin has something to do with it or its laready fix when they restarted the server!! or maybe pldt already fix the problem in my place!!

try to check your connections if its stable or not for the past few days the server is back to normal :3

Im experiencing the same! As soon as I type my account information in the log-in page, and hit enter, it says; Server disconnect
So the game patches, boots up till login screen, then disconnects when I hit 'ENTER' to login

PS: Might just be the internet connection at the airport, im currently using free WiFi over here
