Dunno how the client is built atm. But youi should have a file called 'sevenhearts.ini' in your folder.
If you open that and scroll down you will eventually find scroll in or out.
Edit that to +/- for example...
Or buy a new mouse lol

Just buy a new mouse 
Even I myself find it hard since I don't have any mouse at all
