was leveling in prison with a medal, had like 300+ kills left on the medal and i died, but the game bugged out and crashed. when i logged back in it put me in adventure plains and my medal was gone...
any help? pretty much lost my XXL Medal due to a game crash. thanks

file a ticket and the best way to file a ticket is by way of using a screenshot as a proof.. but there is no harm in filing a ticket even if you don't have an SS..

Btw the bug he's on about is where you die but on your screen you're still standing up and can't click save town or current field

I would have to contact tintin about this, prefer making a ticket under status bug report so he can check it once he has some free time.
