good day,,

why is the game launcher is not responding? the internet connection is ok, my virus setting for game is able or allowed... but when start to open the launcher its started to patch but is will stop.. please help about this problem..

hmm ctrl+alt+del and then Start task manager and look at process if there is already a running trose.exe or files with rose on theyre name

same as mine but theres no rose file running after clicking "play now" it disappear after clicking.. so how can i fix this?

Running windows vista / windows 7 requires running it as administrator.

The game launcher is responding but when I select a character and click on Enter World it does not go through. It just says Wating....then nothing happens.

One more problem... When the character does not respond to any commands, I tried to exit the game and re log-in the account and it says...account is already in use...what is happening..?
